As part ofits commitment to environmental conservation and climate resilience, Action and Light has launched its monsoon tree plantation campaign. The initiative began from the historic spiritual site on the banks of the Little Jamuna River at Khanjanpur, Joypurhat District.
In the first phase, indigenous and environmentally beneficial species, including Kadam (Neolamarckia cadamba) and Neem (Azadirachta indica), have been planted.
