In a significant stride toward local empowerment and skill development, the Public Library in Joypurhat became the epicenter for change today as the volunteer organization Action and Light orchestrated a groundbreaking workshop. The event, titled “Ignite Transformational Skill Development: Empowering Local Non-profit Volunteer Organizations and Libraries,” drew together a consortium of 25 local NGOs, spearheaded by development expert Dr. Parimal Sarkar.
Dr. Sarkar’s master session was a beacon of knowledge, guiding representatives from various local NGOs through transformative strategies aimed at bolstering their impact within their communities. A pivotal moment came at the workshop’s conclusion with the formation of a new communication platform named ‘Collective Voice.’ This platform is poised to become a catalyst for collaboration, uniting these NGOs under a common umbrella to amplify their impact and foster collective growth.
Leading the charge as the founder President of ‘Collective Voice’ is none other than Dr. Sazzadul Bari, the esteemed Chairman of Action and Light.
